Volleyball Recap: Kemmerer Comes Up Short

Kemmerer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Greybull Buffaloes. If the Rangers were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Buffaloes when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lilly Lozier paced Kemmerer's offense, picking up eight kills. Lozier were helped by Brinley Backman and Hadlee Wood, who contributed four assists each.

Kemmerer's loss dropped their record down to 1-19. As for Greybull, their victory bumped their record up to 7-8.

Kemmerer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Rocky Mountain on the 19th. As for Greybull, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Wyoming Indian on the 19th.
