Baseball Recap: Dryden Comes Up Short

Dryden lost against Brown City on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cardinals took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Green Devils. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dryden saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Santi Perales, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Dryden now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Brown City, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Dryden and Brown City will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Cardinals are set to face off against their familiar foe Deckerville at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Brown City will square off against rival Memphis at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
