Volleyball Recap: Wayland Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fans were treated to a battle of the Wildcats on Thursday. Wayland lost 3-0 to Northview. Wayland has struggled against Northview recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Wayland's defeat dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Northview, they pushed their record up to 16-14 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Wayland and Northview could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings. The Wildcats will face off against West Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (371 vs. 126). Meanwhile, Northview (ranked 71st) will meet Rockford (ranked first) at 8:30 a.m. on the 25th.
