On Monday, the Florence Falcons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-5 win over the Bellbrook Golden Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Florence.
AG Malone made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. Malone was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and a double.
