After losing to Long Beach the last time they met, Biloxi decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Indians came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Biloxi had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-23, 25-10, 25-8.

Biloxi's record now sits at 20-9. As for Long Beach, they moved to 12-13 with that defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Biloxi will venture away from home to square off against Brandon at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Long Beach, they will host Hattiesburg at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
