The College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals will head out on the road to square off against the South Davidson Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. College Prep & Leadership Academy has given up an average of 54 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

College Prep & Leadership Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They came up short against South Stokes on Friday, falling 40-18.

Meanwhile, South Davidson strolled into their game two weeks ago with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 14-7 win over East Davidson. While the Wildcats didn't have the best season last year (they finished 0-10), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

College Prep & Leadership Academy better keep an eye on Gage Underwood. He was instrumental in South Davidson's win, rushing for 102 yards on only 13 carries, while also throwing for 74 yards and one touchdown on only six passes. Underwood also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing two fumbles, making three total tackles, and defending one pass.

South Davidson was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 204 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 192 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
