Lowell is 8-1-1 against Galileo since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cardinals are taking a road trip to challenge the Lions at 3:30 p.m. This will be Lowell's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

It was a proper cat-fight when Lowell challenged Marin Academy two weeks ago. The Cardinals fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 2-1. Lowell have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 3-3 at halftime, Galileo was not quite Urban's equal in the second half on Saturday. They fell just short of the Blues by a score of 5-4. The loss continues a trend for Galileo in their meetings with Urban: they've now lost three in a row.

Galileo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lowell, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Everything went Lowell's way against Galileo in their previous matchup back in February of 2025, as Lowell made off with a 5-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cardinals since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
