Volleyball Recap: Greenfield Comes Up Short

The Greenfield Hustlin' Hawks came up short against the Racine Case Eagles on Tuesday and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16, 21-25, 25-16.

Brayden Noe paced Greenfield's offense, picking up nine kills. Noe got some help from Romario Ortega and his 26 assists. Finally, Ortega was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.

Greenfield dropped their record down to 7-13 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Racine Case, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-8.

Looking ahead, Greenfield will head out to face off against West Allis Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Racine Case, they will head out on the road to square off against Kenosha Tremper at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
