Basketball Recap: Norwood Wins Going Away Against Walpole

After only 25 points in their last matchup, Norwood made sure to put some points up on the board against Walpole on Monday. The Norwood Mustangs strolled past the Walpole Timberwolves with points to spare, taking the game 57-39. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Norwood's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Walpole, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norwood will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Dedham at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Walpole and Oliver Ames will round out the year against one another at at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
