Cane Bay faced Fort Dorchester in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Cobras walked away with a 2-0 win over the Patriots. The victory continues a trend for the Cobras in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now won three in a row.

While Cane Bay won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22.

Cane Bay's win bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Fort Dorchester, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 18-13.
