Basketball Recap: Big Horn Rams vs. Riverside Rebels
The Big Horn Rams can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Saturday. They put the hurt on Riverside with a sharp 65-44 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Big Horn also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Big Horn's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Caleb Adsit, who scored 12 points. Adsit continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Caleb Gibson was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Big Horn's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Riverside, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Big Horn will square off against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Wyoming (Sundance is ranked 34th, while the Rams are ranked 23rd). As for Riverside, they will head out on the road to take on the Longhorns at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
