Baseball Recap: Purcell Comes Up Short

Purcell lost against Blanchard back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dragons came up short against the Lions, falling 16-1. The Dragons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cash Cook made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run.

Purcell's defeat dropped their record down to 22-15. As for Blanchard, they pushed their record up to 22-1 with the win, which was their 30th straight at home dating back to last season.

As of now, neither Purcell nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
