Basketball Recap: Scheck Hillel Community School Takes a Loss

Scheck Hillel Community School was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 42-24 to the Avant Garde Academy Sharks. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 74-52 back in December of 2024.

Scheck Hillel Community School's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Avant Garde Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 10-7.

Scheck Hillel Community School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Avant Garde Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Sheridan Hills Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
