There's no place like home for Kiel, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Princeton/Green Lake Tigers on Saturday as they made off with a 12-2 win. The Raiders' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The team relied heavily on Greta Schaeuble, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI and two doubles. Those two doubles gave her a new career-high. Sydney Crom also deserves some recognition as she scored her first run of the season.

Kiel's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-7. As for Princeton/Green Lake, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-6.

Looking ahead, Kiel will be playing in front of their home fans against Sheboygan Falls at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Raiders are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Princeton/Green Lake, they will head out on the road to challenge Cambria-Friesland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
