Bushland has gone a perfect 10-0 against Dalhart recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Falcons will face off against the Wolves at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bushland has four straight wins, Dalhart has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Last Friday, Bushland got the win against Tulia by a conclusive 19-1. Considering the Falcons have won 11 contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Brooklyn Briano made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed five innings while giving up just one earned run off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, Bushland got a massive performance out of Addison Appier, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Appier is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now got three or more in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Charley Spinks, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Bushland lost a few balls and finished the game with five home runs. They are 11-2 when they post two or more home runs.
Meanwhile, Dalhart came up short against Canadian on Friday and fell 5-2.
Dalhart saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sydni Hyer, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI. Sadie Marrufo also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
Bushland pushed their record up to 17-11 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Dalhart, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11-1.
Dalhart's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Bushland has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 11.4 hits per game. It's a different story for Dalhart, though, as they've been averaging 10.9 hits. Given Bushland's sizable advantage in that area, the Wolves will need to find a way to close that gap.
Bushland took their victory against Dalhart in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 19-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
