Antwerp is a perfect 3-0 against Kalida since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Archers will be playing at home against the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Antwerp's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Kalida has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

Last Thursday, Antwerp didn't have quite enough to beat Tinora and fell 3-2. The match marked the Archers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Antwerp saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caroline Rohrs, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Kalida fell victim to Ada and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They lost 17-0 to the Bulldogs.

Antwerp's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Kalida, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

Kalida's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Monday. Antwerp has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.4 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Kalida, though, as they've been averaging only 3.4 strikeouts. Will Antwerp keep running through batters, or will the Wildcats buck the trend?

Antwerp took their win against Kalida in their previous matchup back in April of 2023 by a conclusive 17-7 score. Will the Archers repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
