Softball Recap: Jeffersontown Takes a Loss

Jeffersontown managed to slip by Spencer County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Chargers lost 23-8 to the Bears on Monday. The Chargers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Jeffersontown now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Spencer County, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jeffersontown is headed away from home for the first time to take on Fern Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will give the Chargers their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Spencer County, they will head out on the road to challenge Collins at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
