Basketball Game Preview: Evansville Bosse Bulldogs vs. Chesterton Trojans

The Evansville Bosse Bulldogs will head out on the road to challenge the Chesterton Trojans at 11:15 a.m. on Thursday. Chesterton took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Evansville Bosse, who comes in off a win.

Evansville Bosse is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. In a tight matchup that could have gone either way, they made off with a 69-68 win over Decatur Central. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Chesterton lost to Penn on the road by a 56-37 margin last Saturday. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 134th, while the Kingsmen are ranked 27th).

This is the second loss in a row for Chesterton and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Evansville Bosse, their win bumped their record up to 2-5.
