Soccer Recap: Eldred Starts Season with Win at Home

Eldred took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Chester Hambletonians a 4-0 shutout.

Eldred hit Chester with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jillian Smith (2), Olivia Gonzalez, and Avery Moscatiello.

Coming up, Eldred will be playing at home against Tri-Valley at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chester, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Beacon at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
