Softball Recap: Iowa City Comes Up Short

Iowa City lost against Xavier on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Little Hawks came up short against the Saints, falling 7-1. The Little Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Iowa City's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Xavier, the win keeps they at an undefeated 6-0.

Iowa City didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-3 victory against Davenport North on the 31st. As for Xavier, they will square off against Iowa City West at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
