Volleyball Game Preview: Medfield Warriors vs. Westwood Wolverines

The Medfield Warriors will face off against the Westwood Wolverines at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Medfield is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Weston just ended the team's eight-match winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-18, 23-25, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Westwood was able to grind out a solid victory over Norton on Monday, taking the game 3-1.

Medfield's loss dropped their record down to 11-2. As for Westwood, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Medfield skirted past Westwood 3-2 in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolverines turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
