Soccer Recap: Radnor Falls to Downingtown West in First Game of Season

Radnor had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Downingtown West Whippets by a score of 1-0. Radnor were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Downingtown West apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Downingtown West and bumps their season record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, Radnor will host Penncrest at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Downingtown West, they will head out to square off against Great Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
