Football Recap: Barnsdall Takes a Loss

Barnsdall extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 3-3. They were beaten by the Ketchum Warriors 45-14. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 49-14 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Barnsdall lost, don't look at Lincoln Gott. Despite the final result, he rushed for 178 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. Gott was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 54 yards.

As for Ketchum, their record now sits at 4-2. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won three contests by 31 points or more so far this season.

Ketchum's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Hunter Carriger, who rushed for 51 yards and two TDs. Logan Beisley was another key player, rushing for 119 yards on only 11 carries.
