Moses Lake had won three straight games and Brady Jay did his part to make it four on Friday. The Mavericks really took it to the Wenatchee Panthers for the full four quarters, racking up a 56-0 victory with plenty of help from Jay, who threw for 355 yards and six touchdowns while completing 72.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 82 yards and one TD on only ten carries. Jay is crushing it when it comes to passing yards: he's passed for at least 355 every time he's taken the field this season.

Grant Smith was Jay's top target, picking up 57 receiving yards and three scores. Smith also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making three total tackles (0.5 for loss) and defending one pass in addition to snagging an interception.

Moses Lake didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ian Anderson and Smith.

Moses Lake's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Wenatchee, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
