Bound Brook dropped to 5-4 on Friday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins at home. They had to suffer through a 49-7 loss at the hands of the Manville Mustangs. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-0.

As for Manville, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-0. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by 29 points or more this season.

Manville had a senior duo take command as Josh D'Ambrosio gained 211 total yards and two touchdowns and Samuel Echeverri rushed for 37 yards and a pair of scores.all of that, receiving production came thanks to one massive catch Isaiah Bennett was another key player, gaining 104 total yards and a touchdown.

Bound Brook wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 48-0 defeat against Burlington City on the 31st. As for Manville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 35-0 victory against Asbury Park on the 31st.
