Volleyball Recap: Gettysburg Comes Up Short

Gettysburg was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roncalli Cavaliers.

Gettysburg's loss dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Roncalli, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 9-6.

Gettysburg wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Herreid/Selby on the 7th. As for Roncalli, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Northwestern Area on the 4th.
