Baseball Recap: Legend Titans vs. Legacy Lightning

Legend had lost three straight at home, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 6-16 to make it four. They fell just short of the Legacy Lightning by a score of 5-4. The Titans were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lightning apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Legend got a good showing from Colten Smith, who tossed three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. That one hit allowed gave Smith a new career-low.
