Basketball Recap: East Comes Up Short in High-Profile Matchup with Sheridan

On Friday, East faced Sheridan in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The East Thunderbirds lost 76-53 to the Sheridan Broncs. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Thunderbirds have suffered against the Broncs since March 6, 2021.

East's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Sheridan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-2.
