Baseball Recap: St. Francis Borgia's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak at Home

St. Francis Borgia managed to slip by Union the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. St. Francis Borgia came up short against Union on Saturday, falling 11-4. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 6, 2021, but that streak is no more.

St. Francis Borgia's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3. As for Union, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Looking ahead, St. Francis Borgia will challenge Fatima at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Union, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 12-1 loss against North Point on the 29th.
