Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Xavier Barrera stepped things up a notch to give Eagle Pass the 'W'. Barrera threw for 176 yards and two TDs while completing 73.3% of his passes, and also rushed for 47 yards. The performance also marked the most passer rating (151.7) he has had since back in September.

Barrera and Eagle Pass will head out to face off against Del Rio at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will pit Barrera up against the Rams' star QB Jayden Mendoza.
