Ryan Buist posted a new career-low in earned runs on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. He is becoming a predictor of St. Joseph's success: when he allows at most three hits the team is undefeated (and 8-13-1 when he doesn't).

Buist's strong effort led St. Joseph over Gull Lake and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
