Basketball Recap: Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Comes Up Short

Indianapolis Scecina Memorial lost against University back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Crusaders fell 64-52 to the University Trailblazers. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Indianapolis Scecina Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for University, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indianapolis Scecina Memorial will challenge Perry Meridian at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Perry Meridian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.4 points per game this season. As for University, they will host Covenant Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Covenant Christian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully University likes a good challenge.
