While Howe might've come up empty on Saturday, Gavin Rodgers wasn't going down without a fight. Rodgers scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-2, which was good enough to also set a new career-high in hits. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now stolen at least one stolen base in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
