Volleyball Recap: Elysian Fields Takes a Loss

Elysian Fields lost against Timpson back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Yellowjackets came up short against the Bears, falling 3-0. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Elysian Fields' loss dropped their record down to 5-22. As for Timpson, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Elysian Fields will challenge rival Gary at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Timpson is set to square off against their familiar foe Waskom at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
