Volleyball Recap: Southland Find Success

Southland won the last time they faced Clarksville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Rebels walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Indians.

Shannon Kiefer paced Southland's offense, picking up seven kills. Kiefer got some help from Grace Krebsbach and her eight assists. Lailani Sorenson and Scarlett Hanna kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Southland's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Clarksville, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

Southland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Turkey Valley on the 11th. Clarksville has also already played their next contest (against West Fork), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
