Meanwhile, Marist was able to grind out a solid win over Benedictine on Wednesday, taking the game 68-59. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the War Eagles.

North Oconee's victory was their 30th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 26-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.2 points over those games. As for Marist, their win bumped their record up to 21-8.
