Basketball Recap: Union City Sets Scoring Season-High Against Mason

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Union City). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Mason Eagles 79-14. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Union City and bumps their season record up to 9-7. As for Mason, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-12.

Union City has already played their next game, a 65-33 win against Paden on the 24th. As for Mason, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 41-34 defeat against Depew on the 25th.
