Benet Academy is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Illinois' top teams: Waubonsie Valley, who was ranked tenth at the time (Benet Academy was ranked fifth). Benet Academy took down Waubonsie Valley 63-45 on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Downers Grove North beat York 50-38 back in February. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Dukes: they've now won eight in a row.

Downers Grove North's win bumped their record up to 23-8. As for Benet Academy, they pushed their record up to 29-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.
