Soccer Recap: Carson Comes Up Short

After flying high against San Pedro last Wednesday, Carson came back down to earth. The Carson Colts came up short against the Narbonne Gauchos on Friday, falling 4-1. The Colts were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Ethan Torres, who's now up to three this season.

Carson's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 9-4-1. As for Narbonne, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Carson beat Narbonne by a score of 2-1 on Monday.
