Darrington barely beat Friday Harbor the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Loggers blew past the Wolverines 15-7 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for the Loggers, who have now won three games by six runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Darrington and bumps their season record up to 4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Friday Harbor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-10.

Coming up, Darrington will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Lake Quinault at 1:00 p.m. As for Friday Harbor, they will head out on the road to challenge Sultan at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Turks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.43 runs per game on average), something the Wolverines will no doubt try to take advantage of.
