Given the Porters' advantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 115th, while the Eagles are ranked 238th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Andrew was able to grind out a solid win over Chicago Washington on Thursday, taking the game 65-53. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Thunderbolts.

Lockport's record is now 19-9. As for Andrew, they pushed their record up to 11-16 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Lockport was able to grind out a solid win over Andrew when the teams last played back in January, winning 61-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Lockport since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
