Basketball Game Preview: Sunset Apollos vs. Beaverton Beavers

The Sunset Apollos will take on the Beaverton Beavers at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Sunset's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 11 contests.

On Friday, Sunset came up short against Mountainside and fell 72-62.

Meanwhile, Beaverton lost to Westview on the road by a 62-43 margin on Friday. The Beavers haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Beaverton's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Sunset, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-3.

Sunset strolled past Beaverton in their previous matchup back in February of 2025 by a score of 60-45. Do the Apollos have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Beavers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
