Softball Recap: Webster County Takes a Loss

Webster County lost to Greenbrier West back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Highlanders lost 18-1 to the Cavaliers. The Highlanders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Webster County's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Greenbrier West, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Webster County will square off against Braxton County at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenbrier West, they will challenge Greater Beckley Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
