Basketball Recap: Forest Hills Central Comes Up Short

Forest Hills Central lost against Forest Hills Northern back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Forest Hills Central Rangers lost 59-33 to the Forest Hills Northern Huskies. While losing is never fun, the Rangers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 307th, while the Huskies are ranked 22nd).

Forest Hills Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season. As for Forest Hills Northern, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forest Hills Central will host East Grand Rapids at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Forest Hills Northern, they will welcome Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
