Softball Recap: Foothill Comes Up Short

Foothill was the 5-0 winner over Red Bluff when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Foothill Cougars fell 9-6 to the Red Bluff Spartans on Friday.

TatiAnna Seuasoukseng made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of Gracie Park, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Foothill now has a losing record of 0-1-1. As for Red Bluff, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Coming up, Foothill will square off against Sutter at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Red Bluff, they will take on Lassen at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
