Flag Football Game Preview: Green Hope Falcons vs. Apex Friendship Patriots + How To Watch

The Green Hope Falcons are taking a road trip to challenge the Apex Friendship Patriots at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Green Hope is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of North Carolina's top teams: Heritage, who was ranked 25th at the time (Green Hope was ranked 19th). The Falcons fell 12-8 to the Huskies on Monday. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Apex Friendship fell victim to Willow Spring and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (20-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.

Apex Friendship now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Green Hope, their loss dropped their record down to 8-6.

Green Hope suffered a grim 31-6 defeat to Apex Friendship in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Can the Falcons avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
