After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lake Placid, Chazy was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Indian Lake Central/Long Lake Central Orange get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won six games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Chazy has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Indian Lake Central/Long Lake Central, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Chazy wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 14-3 win against Boquet Valley on the 16th. Indian Lake Central/Long Lake Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
