While Trinity Academy put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Conway Springs. The Knights blew past the Cardinals 7-0. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won eight games by seven runs or more so far this season.

Trinity Academy pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Conway Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

The teams wasted no time getting back out on the field as they've already faced off again: they played to a 2-2 tie later that day.
