Softball Recap: Warren Hills Regional Comes Up Short

Warren Hills Regional managed to slip by The Pingry School the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Blue Streaks came up short against the Big Blue on Tuesday, falling 14-2. The Blue Streaks' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Jalecia Stoddart was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

Warren Hills Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for The Pingry School, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

While Warren Hills Regional had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
