South Ripley came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Greensburg Pirates, falling 7-1. South Ripley were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

South Ripley now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Greensburg, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, South Ripley will take on Southwestern at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greensburg, they will head out on the road to face off against Madison at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
